Where are you based?

We are based in Totteridge & Whetstone, North London, but we work remotely so can assist any client based anywhere within the UK.

Can I visit in person?

We work remotely at numerous locations, so we can help clients based anywhere within the UK. We do not accept in person visits. If based in North, West or East London, we can make visits to you.

Who will be my main point of contact?

As the practice owner, Elias Hadjikyriacou will be your main point of contact when you join us as a client.

What qualifications do you have?

The practice owner, Elias Hadjikyriacou MICB, has an Institute of Certified Bookkeeper (ICB) Level 4 status.

How much experience do you have?

As a practice owner, Elias Hadjikyriacou has over 20 years experience in finance.

Do you have professional indemnity insurance?

We have appropriate Qdos indemnity insurance to cover all business sizes.

What measures do you take to keep my data secure?

All of our software is in the cloud and our client’s data and files are securely encrypted.

Are you registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for Data Protection?

Yes and our reference number is 1033932.

Can I keep my accounts in a spreadsheet?

We are a cloud-based accounting practice, and we work with Xero, Sage and FreeAgent accounting software, with supporting data capture tools such as Dext and Hubdoc.

Do you set up accounting software?

Yes, we can set up Xero and Sage accounting software for you if you currently use spreadsheets or we can transfer all your data from your existing accounting software to Xero or Sage.

I haven’t done any bookkeeping yet in this financial year, is that a problem?

No, we can provide a catch-up service for you, which will be priced per number of months to catch up.

Can you do my payroll?

Yes, I have been partnering with a local firm of accountants, who can do the payroll for you.

Can you do my VAT return?

Yes, your VAT Return is one of the many services we can provide.

What happens next if I decide to start working with you?

Following our introductory meeting, we will book in a proposal call with you where we will discuss the exact services you require and the cost of those services. The proposal will be sent to you by email with our letter of engagement and once this is signed, we will book in another call with you to go through our onboarding process. This will include you providing two forms of identification.

Why do I need to provide ID?

Our practice is regulated and supervised by HMRC and as such they are our supervisory body for the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. we will require two forms of identification before we can start supporting your business.

How regularly will we meet if I hire you as my bookkeeper?

If you are based in North, West & East London, depending on your business needs, we can meet once a week or fortnight.

How do I pay?

For our annual self-assessment service, we will invoice you when we have completed the work and sent it to you for sign off. You can pay by bank transfer and then we will submit the return to HMRC for you.

All of our other services are paid monthly in advance by direct debit.
